This is so simple, but sometimes not thought of... place your acrylic panels on top of notebook paper to ensure your sticker, rub-on and stamped words are straight across the panel. Makes creating titles so much easier!
Sheer genius I tell you! But I must admit, I wouldn't have thought of it right away. I would have gotten out my ruler or used my journaling genie, and then try to balance those under or over the acrylic, and hope I didn't accidentally move the ruler........the simplest things in life are often the best!
Never thought of using paper, but why not is the question of the day! I usually use my Basic Gray cutting mat and use the grid on it. Same with making sure I place my papers down straight as well.
So, where did this "tenacious" description come from?
Since college, whenever a male supervisor or colleague disagreed with me, the (printable) description that seemed to be used the most often to describe me was "tenacious." I found it odd that completely unrelated people would come to the same conclusion on multiple occasions over the course of a decade. The word choice was not meant as a compliment and I still have no idea why. In my opinion, tenacity is a delightful thing to have (see the definition above) and I am happy to have it. So, to conclude this correspondence, I sign off with:
