I am proud to announce that my husband, Rodney, has been promoted to Master Sergeant in the Marine Corps. Unlike most promotions in the civilian corporate world (as my sister-in-law, Jill, astutely pointed out, Marine Corps promotions are very public and filled with tradition. Here is the video of Rodney's promotion ceremony. It is less than 7 minutes long, but still quite a production.
